GST - April18 GSTR3B filing problem after submission

For April GST returns, DSC is not done- we get  a remark  that
FAILED  TO CONNECT SERVER. Restart  emsigner.
This is the problem we are facing  since 19-5-2018. I  request 
you  to  solve this problem

DSC registration is not working properly.. avoid DSC and use OTP to validate returns..
