who will generate e.way bill in case of E-1 or intransit sale and the first purchaser do not want to disclose the name of his seller

In case of E-1 sales, E-way bill has to be generate by both seller. First seller to second seller and second seller will issue E-way bill to ultimate buyer.

However goods can be directly transported.
