Hi Everyone, 

as per the recent notification from the govt. RCM is exempted till 31.3.2018. 

i have a query on this. whether RCM is not required to pay to Govt or Input under RCM not Applicable. till 31.3.2018.

RCM is not applicable means you are not supposed to charge GST on purchases made from unregistered person.

RCM is a provision under which you have to charge GST on purchases made from unregistered person.

Till March 2018 you are not required to pay tax under RCM, so question of input does not arise.

However RCM on GTA is still applicable and you can take input credit on it.
