If freight is shown in a bill of supply and the goods purchased are nil rated, on what rate should freight be taxed

If it is a bill of supply then freight is incidental charge and not main supply.

Though it is debatable as concept of mixed supply and composite supply will be applicable.

But in my opinion, here principal supply is good so you should not charge anything on transportation (its my opinion).
