I have booked an under construction flat at Kolkata before GST. I have paid 90% of my contribution and LICHFL paid 23 lac out of 27 lac sanctioned amount to promoter.
Now the flat is ready and I want to register the same by paying my rest contribution and LICHFL will pay rest 4 lac.
But builder is asking 12% on due amount and he is unable to pass on any input benefit to me as most of materials were purchased by him before GST.
Please suggest me.
