Hello Sir,
We have facing one problem during gst registration for our client....
We have already take registration under MVAT act and the same get migrated in GST as  on 30th June 2017 and provisional registration done... but at the time of final submission with all details and information with HSN and SAC code we have facing the problem related PAN not match with CBDT..
its observed that the name as per the CBDT is TRUPTI SAGAR GHULE And name as per the PAN card is GHULE TRUPTI SAGAR and we can not able to make any changes as PAN information not editable.
Due to above issue we are not get able to get registration under GST 
Request you please guide in this regards.

I think portal was modified to enable change name.
Try to change name in authorised signatory. In application you can edit name of authorised person in case of proprietorship.
If it is not editable, then visit the local tax office and also write to GST help services.
