Are we have to collect  gst on freight, loading charges in a invoice ?

If so we made bill with 2 commodities with 2 different gst taxes, then on which gst tax rate will be collected on the above charges ?

Edited:

Please clarify --

1) The FREIGHT  charges  should show separately or have to include in the item rate ?

2) In a GST  meeting heared that upto Rs.5000/-  FREIGHT charges no GST TAX applicable and

if more than Rs.5000/- applicable.  Is it  correct ?

YES YOU HAVE TO COLLECT GST ON FREIGHT CHARGED IN INVOICE. IF THERE ARE 2 RATES OF TAX,THE GST ON FREIGHT WILL BE ON THE HIGHER RATE OF TAX.
