I pack my honey in 500 gms glass bottles and also label it , i do not have any registered brand name for my honey ... i mention " Natural and Raw Honey " on my label along with some basic information about honey , my firm name and logo (logo is not registered) , contact no. , packing date , expiry date , type of flower from which honey is extracted and my FSSAI lic no.
I pack my fresh mushrooms in transparent plastic packing of 200 gms and also label it. Again i do not have any registered brand name for my mushrooms ... I mention " Fresh Mushrooms " on my label along with some basic info about mushrooms , my firm name and logo (logo is not registered), contact no. , packing date , expiry date and my FSSAI lic no.
I give these items to small shops and stores.
I want to know it these items are gst taxable or not ... and if they are taxable then how much is the taxation ?
Can i do cash purchase of raw honey and fresh mushrooms ?

As for Natural Honey there are two types
1. Branded Honey (Registered in Trademark), then the GST is 5%
2. Unregistered Honey, the GST is exempted
The HSN Code is 04090000
In your case, as you have not registered for trademark, the GST is exempted for Honey
