I have a firm for which i got registered under gst portal.But my mail id and mobile number has been lost. How can i recover my new user id and password with new mobile number and email id.
If you have lost your old email id and mobile number, there is no option at present to reset user id and password.
You have to visit your respective GST department with an application and documents. Officer can reset your userid and password.
