FROM TODAY THE GST OFFLINE TOOL IS STOPPED WORKING, IT JUST SAYS STARTING APPLICATION AND THEN A WHITE BLANK SCREEN APPEARS IN THE APPLICATION WITH NO DETAILS
It could be because of any of the file is changed. You can download latest offline utility from GST website and try filing.
It happens when either file is changed or some file gets deleted.
