GSTR3B Already Submitted/ Submission in Progress for provided inputs Error

I submitted 3B for july but could not file due to error. I tried filing for Aug but the server stopped as return for july was not filed. Now the option is available to correct july 3B but the server is again flashing the msg, GSTR3B Already Submitted/ Submission in Progress for provided inputs. What to do as both months return as still pending to be filed.
