I had changed our Mobile No and trying to update the same in GST Portal However hard i trry i am not allowed to change the same kindly guide me to change the same. Due to this i am not abel to get OSP to file GST Return.
Old no & Email ID do belong to CA who updated his own no at time of GST Registration
To change the E-mail id and mobile number of authorised person:
- Login to your GST account.
- Click on services
- Click on Registration then
- Click on Amendment of non-core fields
The application will open and you can change details here. Try with both core and non core links.
You can sign application with DSC if EVC OTP goes to old mobile.
