When I was trying to login to GST portal an error occurred which shows that username already created. When I try to retrieve the username, I received OTP message sent to an unknown number and email id which are not mine.
My question is how can I retrieve username and password. Please treat it as urgent.

this happen only when our Provisional id and Password is already primary enrolled on GST portal by other person like other TAx practitioner and he give his mobile no. and email id . there is no solution provided by Govt of this issue till date. wait some time and govt may be enable the mobile no. and email id updation option.
