As you are aware the last date to revise returns for AY 2020-21 was 31 March 2021.
However, there are few returns that are to be revised. Due to difficulty in getting details for filing a proper return, the assessee needs to revise the return.
There is no option on the income tax site to revise the return.
You can revise the return by visiting your relevant Income tax department
