ITC-04 SEP MONTH ISSUE DATE NOT USE IN 2N QUATER BECAUSE RECEIVED IN OCT

i have some douts are

1. Job work issued qty on 1st sheet in excel is accepted

2. Job work received qty on 2nd sheet in excel is accepted

my dout is sep month issued qty received from oct i have to issued qty are 1st quater filed i want received in sep qty in oct to file with 2nd quater problem is sep date not accepted in original challan date in excel but in gst portal in accepted how to ensure to mention the date to filed
