I had a call with one of the officer in GST department regarding the manual submission of LUT, he told that we have to file the LUT manually as we don't have any circular pertaining to the Lut submission online, we are in confusion as few officers are accepting the lut offline?
You need to file LUT online. LUT can be filed online.
LUT filed online is forwarded to respective juridictional officer.
Whether you apply online or offline, purpose is same. It is better to file online.
