Please give your assistance to offset liability in GST

My liability  Rs 15066/-
Available Balance  Rs 7366  in CGST  and also SGST  Rs 7366   In IGST  Available balance Rs 334/-    when iam trying  offset laibility   the message shown:  "CHECKSUM VALIDATION: FAILED"  What i can i do in this regard.

This is a technical error and error report does not provide any solution. GSTN has to correct the error reporting.
This is not a mistake at user end so you cannot do anything.
