I am applying for gst registration on proprietor basis and out of the given 5 options for proof of principal place of business i only have electricity bill but it is addressed to TO THE SECRETARY. Property belongs to my mother, apart from this i have Aadhar card, PAN card, shop and establishment, Passport all registered on the same address can anyone please tell me a way out as i cannot produce the given documents

Since property belongs to your mother so take a consent letter from her specifying that she does not have any objection from you to carry on this business from that place. 
Then upload Consent letter and Property paper .
