can a registered dealer supply goods or services to an unregistered dealer.If yes,then if the registered dealer denies supplying to an unregistered dealer and that particular service is available with a registered dealer only then is there any remedy
Dear Sir,
I have no idea people have got this wrong idea that no one can sell to an unregistered person.
Any one can sell to any one, only condition is that if you are registered then charge tax.
If buyer is registered and seller is not registered then pay tax under RCM.
