Remove late fee from submitted return of August & September

Sir, we submit our gst 3b return of august month, & it was included late fine, but now late fine is still not removed from submitted return & we can't file the return. So please suggest what we have to do? Late fine shown as liability. We can't file September  & October return also.

Please solve the problem as soon as possible
