Dear sir/madam,
Please note I am running a restuarant in Delhi and my builder was supplying water without any service charges @ Rs.4000/pm. Now with onset of GST from July 2017, he is putting 18% GST on the Rs.4000/PM charges.
Please advice whether it is applicable.
