I make handmade products from home and sell my products intra-state as well as inter-state. My products are usually handemade banderwans, envelops, flowers, etc. I don't pay gst/tax when I buy raw materials. My annual turnover is not more than 1 lakh. Do I need to register ?

The turnover limit of 20 lakhs is applicable only on intra state supplies. As soon as you make an interstate supply, you become liable for registration.

So, yes if your products are not exempted from GST, you need to have GST registration.
