Purchases from unregistered dealers of ₹5000 per day are exempt from gst,

How should i invoice my sales what to do about the tax that i have collected from sales as i have not paid any tax on my purchase??

Purchase from unregistered person are exempted from reverse charge till June 30, 2018.

You need to pay GST collected on sales to government along with filing your monthly return GSTR-3B.

You should invoice materials sold by charging GST. It does not matter whether you have paid tax on purchase or not. If your end product is taxable, you need to charge GST on your sales and pay to government.
