Dear Sir,

Can we get New Registration in GST  for a PVT LTD Company.

What is document require for Registration.

Registration is not possible as of now. You can take new registration only after GST is implemented. Possible date of implementation is July 2017 but may be delayed upto September 2017.

You can take VAT registration as of now but not GST.
