You have entered a wrong password for 3 consecutive times. Your account has been locked. Kindly access ‘Forgot Password’ link to reset your password.
Why it is required? Again going through OTP process.
If my account is locked, lock it for an hour.
The director is not in town and so cannot receive OTP, now how do I login to file the return?
gst account can automatic unlock within two hours to enable to log in. right now the same issue happen with me...i want to know is it really happen or go for forget password.
But in the GST FAQ it is written that if I have entered wrong password for more than 5 times then the account has no use for more than 90 days which one is reliable.
I am not able to access the OTP and my account has been locked.
Usually within 2 hours the block is lifted.
If OTP is not accessible wait for 2 hours, block will be lifted and you can login thereafter, if you know the correct password.
You can also click on forgot/reset password option to reset your password and in that case block will be lifted.
