Sir, when I am login portal via provisional ID and password, its showing already registered but user id and password i dont know and the mobile no.and Email which is use to registration is not mine and i dont know whose login my account what i need to do..and how to know my user id and pass
Ask you previous accountant or any body who had access to your VAT login details. Someone from them must have registered.
If login id and mobile are not yours, write a mail to GST helpdesk for resetting of password.
You can even report to Police (extreme step) for mis utilisation your properties without your permission.
