Gstr-3b Signing Issue

01. "Failed to establish connection to the server. Kindly restart the Emsigner" - this problem exists even if I use Internet Explorer or Firefox as browser. Looks like - It is not a browser compatibility problem.

Restarting emsigner with "Run as Administrator" does  not help. There is no way that I can change the port no.

With the same machine, Same DSC, I was able to sign and register - then why I should not be able to submit GSTR3B ?

Who will help now when time is not there ? The Feedback on the GST site - does not work - always say - "Invalid Character entered" - even if only text and no special character entered.

02. IN GSTR1 screen - the button to Submit or Sign are not enabled as yet.

We must understand that GST involves Millions of people - if we allow waste of time for 10 minutes - we will allow waste of 10 Million Minutes for the country. - Sabyasachi Gupta
Dependence on Digital Signature, Java Plugin, Browser Compatibility - there are so many factors which are playing in between to create technical problems.I found Firefox with which I registered my DSC in GSTIN - has withdrawn Java plugin support after version 52. GSTN has no control on such third party actions. - Sabyasachi Gupta
I have manually reinstalled Java, went to control panel and allowed plugin to all browsers, but, when I test from IE as well as Firefox - both (latest versions) do not show Java verification. This could be one of the main reasons of the problem - "Failed to establish connection to the server. Kindly restart the Emsigner" - Sabyasachi Gupta
i think even the GSTN does not know how resolve the issue.. If they know they should have given solution officially the only solution they know that is clear the History.. Why dint this people introduced Income tax type of DSC... - Narendhar Reddy
I am also facing this problem and went to GST Helpdesk. They were also not able to solve the problem. Systems must be user friendly if the digitalisation process is to be successful. Otherwise they are providing unnecessary headache. One Nation. One market and a million head aches - Vasanth Shanker
