My assessee is into tobacco proceesing business. He collects processed tobacco from local vendors & dispatches it to his branch offices in various cities. Is is liable for GST for branch Transfer or Stock Transfer ?
GST won't be levied on all the stock transfer of goods within the state.Whereas if they are transferred outside the state then gst will be levied
