Hi,

We are registered gstn dealer of railway locomotives.

Please clarify one issue, we haven't shown any sales for the month of July and in this period we have purchased a dekstop paying along with gst @ 18%.

We have decided not avail any ITC in our next sales period & want to claim refund, my question is can we be able claim refund if so what is the procedure.

Please suggest..........

You cannot claim refund in this case.

You can avail input credit and but cannot avail refund of tax in this particular transaction since you are not selling the product neither tax on outward supply will be lower than your purchase price tax.
