I have put my residential house on rent to corporate. They are using it as their transit/ guest house.

Let me know if it attracts GST.

You have given your house for commercial purpose to a company, in this GST is applicable. If you are already registered under GST then you should charge GST.

If your receipts cross 20 lakhs in a year then you need to register under GST and charge GST.
