SIR,

I HAVE NOT FILED MY GSTR1 FOR JULY YET, I THOUGHT OF FILING ON 1.11.17

BUT NOW I CAME TO KNOW TIME EXTENDED FOR GSTR2 TILL NOV END

THEN, GSTR WILL BE OPENED ON 1.11 OR NOT

I don't think GSTR-1 will be opened on November 1st. Extension by one month means late filing fee will go up by another 6000.

GSTN should either cancel the late filing fee or open the GSTR-1 window.

But the flow of returns makes sense that GSTR-1 will not be enabled.
