I have a LLP client and need to prepare audit report for financial year 20174 and later for financial year 2018.

I am searching for LLP audit report in word format.

Is there any standard format for LLP audit report?

LLP Act has prescribed any format for audit report?

There is no specific format of an audit report under LLP act. So you can use guidelines issued by ICAI.

You can comment on GAAP and generally followed audit procedure.

The one that I found on net and use is attached you can Download LLP audit report format in word.

Below is the format of Audit report for a LLP.
