HOW TO CONVERT REGISTRATION ISD TO REGULAR GST TAX PAYER REGISTRATION STATUS CHANGE
You cannot change status from ISD to normal regular tax payer. Both should have separate GST registrations.
You need to obtain a fresh GST registration as a regular tax payer.
