Greating to you I have a question regarding gst registration for options of '' I'm '' for online seller who wants sell on flipcart Amazon paytm etc e-commerce site. In gst registration which option will select in first stage in i'm option.

I believe you are talking about nature of business.
You should select Individual/Proprieter if you are doing business on your own PAN. Depending on nature of your business entity the option should be selected.
I believe its GST registration first step.
You need to select Tax payer.
